What a Cutie Pie!
Another little shirt to give her some sassiness, as if she needed any help. I'm sure the cheerleading classes are helping to bring out her sassy side! Such a little model.
Time Flies....
It is hard to believe that a full week has gone by since Easter. Chloe had such a busy day. The Easter Bunny stopped by and left lots of goodies, then off to Church, and finally a full day of cousins and fun. Who could ask for anything more?
I love the little pink and white striped seersucker. I had an outfit made out of the same fabric when I was a little girl. It was probably my most favorite Easter outfit ever. I was so excited when I found this little dress [already made, even better!] I added the monogram and a little white sweater that had been just waiting for her to grow into and wa-la. But, of course, I think Chloe would be just as cute in an old burlap sack!

What a beautiful spring day! After picking Chloe up, she and I went to visit MeMaw and Granddaddy for a while. Chloe ate her ice cream bar, showed off her new jewelry, and watered a couple of plants for MeMaw and then we were off. On the way home Chloe thought that we needed to go feed the ducks. Well, so be it! We got home and gathered our bread waiting on PePaw to get in becuase we both knew that he really wanted to go feed the ducks. PePaw gets home and it's off to the church. The ducks were the friendliest that they have ever been. Usually they are right snobby and swim to the middle of the lake, but today they came almost to her feet to eat that bread. How fun! She walked around the lake throwing the bread and they kept eating. Makes me think that she needs a little duckie for Easter! What about it Mommy? [Just Kidding!]

It's Outta Here!!!
Monday, March 10 found the spring temperatures back in Jackson. Chloe decided that playing outside would be 'Awesome!' So what did we do? We played outside. She was dragging out every toy from last summer and found her Hello Kitty ball and bat. After a few lessons she was hitting the ball off the 'Tee' and giving lessons to Pepaw! There really was only one way to bat correctly - Chloe's Way!!

What a Busy Week!
The week started off with Granddaddy's birthday on March 3. Chloe and I picked up Granddaddy and MeMaw in the pouring rain and took them to the Spaghetti Store where we met Cindy and Laura. It was the first time that Granddaddy and MeMaw had ever eaten at that restaurant and Chloe was such a big help in helping them to decide what to choose. Cindy and Laura arrived about the time that we finished but that did give Chloe a little longer to entertain everyone. Had it not been so rainy - it would have been a perfect evening for my daddy's 81st birthday!
Then Tuesday night, PePaw had a birthday. He DID NOT want to go eat. So I picked Chloe up and we rushed home and made him a chocolate birthday cake with sprinkles. Lots of sprinkles, actually! Later the pizza dude brought pizzas for supper. Right before we cut the cake, Chloe ran toward PePaw yelling, "Let's get this party started!" She was snapping those fingers and twisting that little hiney! Nothing would do but that we sing 'Happy Birthday' and then she cut the cake. She had picked out a card earlier at Target and had him open it, right before telling him about the monkey magnet she had enclosed! What fun for all of us!
Somehow the word 'SNOW' popped into the weather forecast. First on Tuesday, then Thursday, finally they were sure it was coming on Friday. Well, it did! School got out an hour early and I made it home just as the first flakes began to fall. Chloe was so excited! I heard she had a late night Friday but managed to wake up early Saturday to see the Winter Wonderland! Grant had left his truck at our house the night before and had driven the 4-wheeler home. This is how they arrived at our house Saturday morning to play in the snow~
Chloe was pulled around the yard on the very same sled that her daddy and Uncle Brent used to play on:
And that precious little angel made her own snow angel!
What a fun day for everyone. Even Pepaw FINALLY put on his happy face and came outside to help make the snowman. It is just too embarrassing to show it, funny little snowman though!
